Maintenance

• Daily: 

  • Remove debris such as leaves, dirt, or ash from the burner area and tabletop.

  • Wipe the surface with a soft cloth to remove dust, soot, or spills.

  • Check the flame and ignition before lighting to ensure the burner ports are clear and the ignition system works properly.

  • Turn off the gas supply completely after use.

  • Cover the fire table with a weather-resistant cover when not in use to protect the finish from rain, dust, and UV exposure.

• Weekly: 

  • Inspect the burner ports and clean them if necessary to maintain an even flame pattern.

  • Check gas connections (propane tank or natural gas line) for tight fittings and signs of leaks or wear.

  • Clean the fire media (lava rock, fire glass, etc.) by removing debris that could block airflow.

  • Wipe down the GFRC surface using mild soap and water if dirt buildup occurs. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

• Annually: 

  • Professional inspection: Have a qualified technician check the gas lines, burner, valves, and ignition system to ensure safe operation.

  • Deep clean the burner assembly and surrounding burner pan.

  • Inspect the structure and finish for cracks, chips, or wear in the GFRC body.

  • Re-seal the concrete surface with a penetrating concrete sealer (recommended about twice a year for GFRC products) to maintain the finish and weather resistance.

American Fyre Designs exterior (GFRC) fireplaces, fire tables, fire bowls, fire urns, and fire pits are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty.

One (1) Year Warranty

American Fyre Designs burners, electronic components, and valves are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and requires a valid invoice or proof of purchase. Coverage applies exclusively to products used in single-family residential settings.
